We aim to make every VORA LABEL delivery simple, reliable and convenient. This Shipping Policy explains where we ship, how orders are dispatched, available delivery options, estimated timelines and applicable shipping charges.
Shipping Coverage
VORA LABEL currently offers domestic shipping across India. Orders are delivered through our logistics partner, Shiprocket, using the applicable courier network available for the delivery destination.
Order Dispatch
Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 1–2 days nationally, subject to successful order verification, product availability and operational conditions.
Dispatch timelines are estimates and may occasionally vary due to order verification, high order volumes, product availability, holidays or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Delivery Timelines
After dispatch, national deliveries generally take 2–5 days. The actual delivery time may vary depending on the destination, courier serviceability and other logistics conditions.
Order Processing
Orders are generally processed and prepared for dispatch within 1–2 days.

Shipping Options & Charges
VORA LABEL offers multiple domestic shipping options depending on availability at the delivery location.
Standard
Standard domestic shipping is free across India.
02Express
Express shipping is available at an additional charge of ₹150, where available.
03Rush
Rush shipping is available at an additional charge of ₹250, where available.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information may be provided through the applicable communication channel. You can use the tracking details to follow the progress of your shipment.
Tracking updates are provided by the relevant logistics provider and may take some time to appear after the shipment has been handed over for delivery.
Delivery Attempts
Delivery is subject to the courier partner's serviceability and delivery procedures. Customers should ensure that the shipping address, mobile number and other delivery details provided at checkout are accurate.
- Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address.
- Ensure that the recipient or an authorised person is available to receive the shipment where required.
- Keep your phone number accessible so the courier partner can contact you if necessary.
- Repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts may result in the shipment being returned to the sender according to the courier partner's procedures.
Serviceability & Delivery Delays
Although VORA LABEL ships across India, delivery availability and timelines may vary by pincode and courier serviceability.
Delivery may be delayed due to factors including adverse weather, natural events, public holidays, transportation disruptions, courier operational issues, governmental restrictions, high-volume periods or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Dispatch and delivery timelines are indicative rather than guaranteed delivery dates. We appreciate your patience when circumstances outside our control affect the expected delivery timeline.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at the time of placing an order.
If an order cannot be delivered because of an incorrect, incomplete or inaccurate address or contact information provided by the customer, additional delivery attempts, charges or return-to-origin procedures may apply depending on the circumstances and courier partner's policies.
Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery (“COD”) may be available for eligible orders and serviceable locations. Availability may vary by pincode, order value, product or other operational conditions.
The COD convenience fee may be applied selectively and may not apply to all orders.
Returns, Exchanges & Shipping
Eligible returns and exchanges are governed by the applicable VORA LABEL return and exchange policy.
If reverse pickup is unavailable because of pincode serviceability constraints, the customer may be required to self-ship the product to the address communicated by VORA LABEL.
Non-serviceability may be temporary or prolonged, and resolution timelines may vary depending on operational feasibility.
