Available Payment Methods

VORA LABEL provides convenient payment options for eligible orders placed through our website. Available payment methods may depend on order, product, location or operational conditions.

Online Payments

Customers may pay for eligible orders using the online payment methods presented during checkout through our payment service providers.

Payment must be successfully authorised or confirmed before an online order can be processed for fulfilment. If a payment is unsuccessful, declined or remains incomplete, the order may not be processed until successful payment confirmation is received.

Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery (“COD”) may be offered for eligible orders and serviceable locations. COD availability may vary based on factors including pincode serviceability, order value, product eligibility and operational conditions.

COD orders may be subject to a convenience fee of up to ₹60. The fee may be applied selectively and may not apply to all orders.

Payment Security

Online payment transactions are processed through the applicable payment service providers used by VORA LABEL. Customers may be required to provide information directly to the relevant payment provider to complete a transaction.

VORA LABEL does not control the independent systems, security practices or availability of third-party payment service providers. Payment transactions may be subject to the respective provider's terms, conditions and policies.

Payment Failure & Pending Transactions

If a payment fails, is declined or remains pending, customers should verify the payment status before attempting another transaction.

Where an amount has been debited from your account but the order is not successfully confirmed, the transaction may require verification with the relevant payment service provider or financial institution before any applicable resolution can be determined.

Payment & Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled through the VORA LABEL website within 12 hours of placement.

Once an order has been packed or dispatched, cancellation will no longer be permitted.

Refunds & Payment Reversals

Approved refunds relating to eligible cancellations and undisputed returns will ordinarily be processed within seven (7) banking days from the date VORA LABEL confirms the refund.

Refund processing remains subject to successful return verification, product inspection and compliance with the applicable return and refund conditions.

Where a return or refund request is disputed, found to be non-compliant, or requires additional review or investigation, VORA LABEL reserves the right to delay, withhold, adjust or reject the refund in accordance with its policies and applicable law.

Prices & Charges

Product prices and applicable charges are displayed on the VORA LABEL website or during checkout. Customers should review the order summary before completing payment.

Standard shipping is free across India. Additional charges apply for selected shipping options where available, including Express shipping at ₹150 and Rush shipping at ₹250.

COD orders may additionally attract a convenience fee of up to ₹60, as stated in these Payment Terms.

Unauthorised or Suspicious Transactions

Customers should contact VORA LABEL promptly if they believe an order or payment has been made without their authorisation or if they identify an issue relating to a transaction placed through our website.

VORA LABEL may review transactions where reasonably necessary to protect customers, the business and payment systems from suspected fraud, misuse or unauthorised activity.

Changes to Payment Terms

VORA LABEL may update these Payment Terms from time to time to reflect changes in payment methods, service providers, business operations or applicable requirements.

Any updated version will be published on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
