Orders & Order Acceptance

When you place an order through VORA LABEL, you are making a request to purchase the selected products. An order confirmation does not necessarily constitute final acceptance of the order.

VORA LABEL reserves the right to accept, decline, cancel or limit an order where reasonably necessary, including in circumstances involving product availability, pricing or listing errors, suspected fraudulent activity, incomplete information, payment issues or operational limitations.

If an order is cancelled by VORA LABEL after payment has been received, any eligible refund will be processed in accordance with our applicable refund policy.

Payments

VORA LABEL accepts online payments through payment gateways including Razorpay and PayU. Customers must provide accurate and valid information required to complete an order and payment.

Payment transactions may be subject to the terms, conditions and privacy policies of the relevant payment service provider.

Shipping & Delivery

VORA LABEL currently ships within India. We use Shiprocket and its applicable logistics network to facilitate delivery.

Delivery estimates are indicative and may vary due to destination serviceability, weather, public holidays, operational disruptions, carrier delays or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Returns

VORA LABEL offers a 7-day easy return and exchange policy, subject to the eligibility requirements and exclusions applicable to the relevant product.

Products submitted for return must generally be unused, unwashed, undamaged and in their original condition, with all applicable tags, original packaging and proof of purchase wherever applicable.

Certain products, including hygiene-sensitive categories such as innerwear and certain accessories, may not be eligible for return or exchange. Products purchased under special promotional offers, including Sale offers, may also be excluded where stated at the time of purchase.

Exchanges

Exchange requests may be initiated through the VORA LABEL website within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Exchanges are permitted only for size changes. Requests based on colour, style, pattern or any other preference will not be accepted.

• The product must be unused, unwashed and undamaged.
• All applicable tags and original packaging must remain intact.
• Proof of purchase may be required.
• Hygiene-sensitive products and certain accessories may not qualify.
• Products purchased under special promotional or Sale offers may not qualify.

Reverse Pickup & Self-Shipping

If reverse pickup is unavailable for a return or exchange request because of pincode serviceability constraints, the customer may be required to self-ship the product to the address communicated by VORA LABEL.

Such non-serviceability may be temporary or prolonged, and resolution timelines may vary depending on operational feasibility.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled through the VORA LABEL website within 12 hours of placement.

Once an order has been packed or dispatched, cancellation will no longer be permitted.

Refunds

Approved refunds relating to eligible cancellations and undisputed returns will ordinarily be processed within seven (7) banking days from the date VORA LABEL confirms the refund, subject to successful return verification, product inspection and compliance with the applicable return and refund conditions.

Where a return or refund request is disputed, found to be non-compliant, or requires additional review or investigation, VORA LABEL reserves the right to delay, withhold, adjust or reject the refund in accordance with its policies and applicable law.

The time taken for the refunded amount to appear in the customer's account may also depend on the applicable payment gateway, bank or financial institution.

Intellectual Property

All content appearing on the VORA LABEL website, including but not limited to brand names, logos, trademarks, product imagery, photographs, graphics, designs, text, page layouts and other materials, is owned by or licensed to VORA LABEL or THE FESTIVE SHADES unless otherwise stated.
